1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Loulla Ltd, trading as That Big Vision ("we"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number [number to be confirmed], VAT number [number to be confirmed]), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London [postcode to confirm], United Kingdom, the provider of That Big Vision Studio ("the studio"). 2. The studio

The studio is a web app for making reels, posts and carousels, editing talking videos, writing creator stories, planning posts and learning from Instagram results. We improve it often. Features can change, and some are marked "coming" until they are ready.

3. Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• Keep your login to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Each seat is for one person.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Your content

• You keep the rights to what you upload and what you make. We use it only to provide the studio as described in the privacy policy.
• Upload only photos, clips, footage and words you have the right to use, and only photos of people who agreed to appear. Photos of a child need the agreement of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for what you publish.

5. Library content

• The library's stills and clips come from Pexels and Wikimedia Commons under their licences. Use them inside the posts, reels and carousels you make in the studio. Do not download, extract or redistribute the library files on their own.
• The fonts ship under the SIL Open Font License.
• Famous quotes appear only with a checked source, and we remove lines with a wrong attribution. Sources can still contain errors, so check a quote before you publish it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the studio to:

• copy or repost other people's work in a way that infringes their rights, including film, TV or anime clips and screenshots of other people's posts;
• pass off someone else's words as yours, or attribute a quote to someone who did not say it;
• publish unlawful, hateful, harassing or deceptive content, or impersonate a person or a brand;
• break the rules of Instagram, TikTok or any other platform you post to;
• scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the studio, or get around its limits.

Recreate (part of the Inspiration radar) makes an original post inspired by the structure of a post that is working: its format, pacing or hook pattern. Use it for structure only. Do not use it to copy someone's words, images, video or audio.

7. AI features

• AI features write, tag, suggest cuts and draft stories. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content made for others.
• Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for the posts you put out.
• Suggestions based on results (Launch Center, Next best posts) are estimates. We do not promise reach, followers or sales.
• AI jobs count against your plan's monthly allowance.

8. Instagram

Launch Center connects to Instagram read-only, under Meta's terms, so it can never post, comment or message. You can disconnect at any time; see the privacy policy for what that deletes. Member connections open after Meta's app review.

9. Plans, add-ons and billing

These terms apply once billing opens. The prices on the home page are a proposal and can change before then.

• Plans. Free, Creator, Creator Pro, Brand, Brand Team and Agency, each with the allowances shown on the home page. Agency is priced per client account. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly; a year costs 10 months.
• Add-ons. Inspiration radar is a monthly add-on to Creator and is included from Creator Pro up. AI boosts, extra Instagram accounts and extra team logins are monthly add-ons on the plans the home page names.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• AI allowances reset on the 1st of each month. Unused jobs do not roll over, and nothing is charged automatically when you reach the allowance.
• Downgrades. We never delete your content when you downgrade. Extra accounts, profiles or workspaces become read-only until you upgrade or remove them.
• Prices and tax. Prices are shown before VAT unless stated. [The VAT treatment, currency and payment provider are to be confirmed.]

10. EU right of withdrawal

To be completed with counsel before billing opens.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, for any reason. If you ask us to start the service during those 14 days, you pay for the part of the period you used. 11. Ending or pausing

• You can stop using the studio and ask us to close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the studio or others at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to export your content.

12. Liability

To be completed under the governing law, once it is confirmed in legal review.

We provide the studio with care, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and as required by law. [Limits of liability to be confirmed.] Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes, law and contact

• We may update these terms. We tell account holders about material changes before they apply. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
